Nick Samuel was recommended to us when we were investigating energy saving by heat recovery. Very quickly, efficiently and with close attention to detail he developed a scheme, investigated civil work requirements including the necessary engineering work components, calculated the capital and estimated running costs and discovered what grants and loans were available. After detailed consideration he advised that in our particular case the scheme would prove unreliable and the pay-back period too long for practical consideration. We commend his integrity and honesty and are grateful for him preventing us embarking on an expensive white elephant project.

Had he advised otherwise he would have been employed to oversee the implementation of the scheme.

Some months later we invited Mr. Samuel to develop and investigate the viability of a combined heat and power scheme and again, at personal cost, using his many and varied industrial contacts he recommended that we did not proceed.
